Forms) walls, and Icynene foam insulation
sprayed in a 2x4 wall & 2x6 roof.
Sustainable building products like siding made
from concrete, manufactured light colored stone
(that reflects our hot summer heat) made from
ground granite and marble, and various types of
flooring made from bamboo, recycled plastic
bottles, cork, and corn husks. A lifetime metal
roof that reflects our hot summer heat, tankless
hot water heater, Solar hot water heater, and no VOC
paint.
The
home also exhibited proper southerly orientation
for maximum energy efficiency and proper
overhangs and shading to keep the hot summer sun
out and allow the winter passive solar heat in.
