Ferrier Custom Homes uses a HERS test to ensure
quality control.

form of the Energy Value Housing Award by the
National Association of Home Builders for building the
most energy efficient, custom home in a hot
climate.
The Energy Value Housing Award (EVHA) is the
nation’s preeminent energy efficient award
honoring builders who voluntarily incorporate

“green” home inside the Arlington Convention
Center as the focal point of the 2005 Organic
Home and Garden Show with Howard Garrett This
home was viewed by thousands of people who got
