Honored to be named the National Association of Home Builder’s Green Builder Advocate of the year, Don’s passion for sustainable construction has been coursing through his veins since the early 80’s. Representing the 3rd generation of the Ferrier Companies, Don is no stranger to construction. He is a true visionary of energy efficiency, sustainable construction techniques, and travels across the US educating & guiding those within the industry & beyond on its inherent benefits. Heather Ferrier

Representing the 4th generation of the Ferrier Companies, Heather functions as the General Manager- meshing her passion for sustainable building practices and her natural adminstrative skills. Recognized by many for her notable project "Heather’s Home", Heather sought to not only talk the talk, but walk the walk when it came to building her own home.

Tom Grywatch

Supervisor of Ferrier energy efficient projects since 1998, Tom brings a strong background of construction experience to the production process. Tom provides a critical link in the support network between homeowners and their project’s evolution. An extremely loyal team player, Tom is someone you always want to have on your team. 

Lacey Ferrier

Lacey’s role encompasses a myriad of facets- adminstration, IT, marketing, creative out-of-the-box thinker, and lest we forget- culinary genius. The face you don’t get to see that often, but the force behind every creative project that the office produces, this girl’s hands are in everything.

Al Tindle

Previous to joining the Ferrier team full-time, Al subcontracted framing work on various projects. Driven, diligent and detail-oriented, Al’s top priority as a project manager is to protect everyone’s interest throughout the construction process.
